The GOLME Pro Training goal was an excellent choice all-around, and it’s arguably the best portable goal you can find out there for professional training. But for recreational play, you may want to consider this goal from Bownet.
Sized at 6 x 12 feet, this goal is much smaller than any of the GOLME Pro Training goals. This would be a problem if you wanted to train with a life-sized soccer goal, but for recreational games within limited space, the more compact Bownet goal is a far better purchase.
Aside from the size, what also sets this portable goal apart from others is E.A.S. (Energy Absorption System). E.A.S. is intended to distribute the ball’s energy evenly, reducing stress and prolonging the life of the goal.
The telescopic powder-coated steel frame is solid and doesn’t rust, chip, or fade as well.

The GoSports pop-up soccer goal is a lot like the GOLME Pop Up goal on the #2 spot, but it’s perhaps a better choice for younger children (I’d guess no older than 8). The particular goal I based this review on was sized at 4 feet, but you should find other sizes too.
The reason for this is that the GoSports soccer goal comes with six cones. This perhaps isn’t that big of a deal since you can find cones yourself, but if you were going to buy them anyway, why not get everything with one purchase?
The GoSports soccer goal also has four stakes, whereas the GOLME goal had 3. This could somewhat improve stability, but for children, the difference may not be that big.
Other than that, the GoSports goal is more or less identical to the GOLME goal. If the cones and the other stake matter to you, then go for it. Its small size would work for younger children better as well.

Let’s close my top 10 with this soccer goal from Amazon Basics. Amazon Basics products are generally prized for their good quality at a reasonable price, and this portable goal is no exception. It certainly isn’t as high-quality as some other goals on this list, but it provides insane value.
